Job description

  • Governance and remediation activities are completed on time with minimal rework.
  • Reporting and documentation consistently meet compliance and audit expectations., * Support Information Security governance activities to improve compliance with enterprise security policies and standards.
  • Assist with remediation of security assessment findings, including:
  • Tracking
  • Validation
  • Evidence review
  • Follow-up activities
  • Participate in security control testing and risk management initiatives.
  • Support compliance reviews and assessment activities.
  • Perform data aggregation, analysis, and reporting to support cybersecurity risk management.
  • Maintain audit-defensible documentation and reporting artifacts.
  • Update and manage Jira tickets, ensuring workflow accuracy, evidence tracking, and remediation status visibility.
  • Collaborate with governance, policy, technical, and application teams to support security objectives.
  • Deliver security awareness and policy guidance to stakeholders.
  • Review draft control standards and provide feedback on clarity and implementation requirements., * Jira (Required)

  • Experience working in regulated enterprise environments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage assigned work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders., * Experience with:
  • Microsoft Lists
  • Power Automate
  • Information Protection / Data Security
  • Regulatory or Audit Support Programs
  • Exposure to governance automation and workflow improvements., * Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong understanding of governance and compliance processes.
  • Comfortable managing audit evidence and remediation activities.
  • Able to work effectively across technical, governance, and business teams.
  • Passionate about maintaining security standards and reducing enterprise risk.

Pay Range: $40 - $44

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
