• 0-2 years of experience in project or program management, demonstrating a strong foundational understanding and enthusiasm for growth.
• Engineering Project Management
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and programs effectively.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage complex portfolios and adapt to organizational changes.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations relevant to the program scope.
