Job description
We're looking for a Technical Operations & AI Specialist who enjoys solving technical problems, improving systems, and leveraging AI to make teams more efficient.
This role is part technical support, part systems administrator, part automation specialist, and part AI power user. You'll be responsible for keeping our websites, marketing systems, integrations, tracking, and internal technology running smoothly while identifying opportunities to automate and improve how we work.

Position Summary
The Technical Operations & AI Specialist owns the technical systems that support our agency.
You'll troubleshoot issues across websites, hosting environments, CRMs, tracking platforms, AI tools, and internal software systems. You'll also help build automations, improve workflows, and support our team with technical challenges that impact productivity and client success.
This role works closely with Account Managers, Strategists, SEO Specialists, PPC Specialists, and Leadership to ensure our technology infrastructure is reliable, secure, and scalable.
ResponsibilitiesWebsite & Hosting Support
- Troubleshoot WordPress website issues
- Manage website hosting environments
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS records
- Manage Cloudflare configurations
- Troubleshoot SSL certificate issues
- Perform website migrations
- Resolve website performance and uptime issues
- Troubleshoot form submissions and lead routing
Marketing Systems Support
- Support GoHighLevel accounts and integrations
- Troubleshoot Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager issues
- Verify and maintain conversion tracking
- Support Google Search Console implementations
- Troubleshoot CRM integrations and automations
- Support lead attribution and reporting systems
- Ensure marketing systems are functioning correctly
Technical Operations
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Maintain password management systems
- Assist with software onboarding and offboarding
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Work with software vendors and support teams
- Help maintain agency technology standards and processes
- Manage and resolve technical support tickets
AI & Automation
- Utilize Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI tools to improve efficiency
- Build and maintain internal automations
- Create AI-assisted workflows and processes
- Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated
- Develop internal tools and solutions when needed
- Help train team members on AI best practices
Development & Integrations
- Manage GitHub repositories and deployments
- Review and deploy code updates
- Build and troubleshoot API integrations
- Create and maintain webhooks and automations
- Perform basic front-end development tasks
- Assist with custom website and system enhancements
- Build simple internal applications when appropriate
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Strong WordPress experience
- Experience with DNS management and website hosting
- Experience with Cloudflare
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience troubleshooting website and tracking issues
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT
- Experience using GitHub and Git workflows
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Preferred
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP
- API integration experience
- Zapier or Make experience
- Technical SEO experience
- Website performance optimization experience
- Experience supporting digital marketing agencies
- Experience building AI-powered workflows and automations
