Job description

  • Perform technical health audit and identify technical debt
  • Design future-state architecture and migration strategy
  • Lead Experience Cloud scaling and digital customer service enhancements
  • Optimize Salesforce * SAP integrations and transactional data pipelines
  • Refactor legacy automations and improve architecture scalability
  • Manage cutover planning, risk mitigation, and deployment execution

Requirements

Do you have experience in Texting/chatbox tools?, * 6+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience

  • Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce migration / transformation projects
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud (Customer/Partner Portals)
  • Hands-on with Enhanced Chat (Messaging for Web/In-App), Einstein Bots, Omni-Channel
  • Strong experience with Salesforce to SAP integrations
  • Expertise in Apex, Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, LWC
  • Strong knowledge of SAP data structures (Accounts, Orders, Inventory, Pricing, Customer Master)
  • Experience with Middleware (MuleSoft / Boomi / SAP CPI/PO)
  • Advanced experience in Data Migration (Data Loader, OwnBackup, Informatica)
  • Strong sandbox, deployment, governance, and CI/CD strategy experience, * Salesforce Certified Application Architect / System Architect
  • Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
  • Experience in Manufacturing / Supply Chain / Enterprise environments

Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
