Job description

Develop and Execute project plans for various type of projects, including onboarding properties, technical implementations, and training initiatives

Develop and Provide training to end users on multiple systems

Develop and Follow procedures for various activities in IT

Requirements

Do you have experience in Resolving technical support tickets?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to manage various projects throughout IT. The Project Coordinator will also perform Help Desk Tech responsibilities providing fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. An excellent Project Coordinator must be good at handling project management for multiple projects at one time. They must be good at creating systems to help manage multiple projects. A Project Coordinator must also have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal appropriately with customers., High School Diploma, Project Management experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, remote control, computer systems, and mobile devices

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

  • Excellent communication skills with Proficiency in English

  • Customer-oriented

  • Excellent administrative organization

  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions

  • Document events and problems and their resolution

  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Preferences

  • Experience with Network Administration or Systems Administration

  • Microsoft certifications

  • Experience with Network Security, especially with Microsoft 365

  • Azure experience
