Job description

As a Plant Infrastructure Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical lead for ensuring our production environment remains operational, efficient, and scalable. You will leverage your expertise in mechanical systems and 3D modeling to drive facility reliability and optimize infrastructure performance for a high-precision manufacturing operation. Responsibilities

  • Direct the lifecycle of facility infrastructure projects, utilizing NX CAD to translate concepts into functional, high-performance solutions.
  • Maximize operational uptime by proactively managing maintenance schedules and implementing continuous improvement initiatives for critical site systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams to enhance site safety, sustainability, and overall production efficiency.
  • Oversee the integration of new equipment and facility upgrades, ensuring all installations align with long-term site reliability goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to modernize industrial electrical and mechanical systems, reducing downtime and energy consumption.
  • Expand your professional scope by taking ownership of environmental compliance protocols through provided mentorship and technical training.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Mechanical systems repair?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree in engineering?, * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.

  • 5-8 years of professional experience in a facilities engineering or plant maintenance capacity.
  • Proven technical proficiency in industrial electrical systems and mechanical component repair.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize 3D modeling software for facility design and project planning.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex infrastructure problems independently., * Prior experience with NX CAD or similar advanced design platforms.
  • Background in environmental health and safety (EHS) compliance within a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary projects from initial design through final implementation.
