  1. Payments Expertise Need experience with: Credit card processing EMV terminals PCI compliance Tokenization Refunds Chargebacks Stored payment methods Subscription billing

  2. Offline-First Architecture Dining rooms lose WiFi. Must understand: Offline order capture Sync conflict resolution Local databases Device failover

Requirements

10+ years experience building scalable SaaS products 3+ years building dining software/POS. Strong preference if from senior living or hospitality industry. 3+ years leading engineering teams Tech stack- MySQL, PHP, Laravel, Angular, Javascript. Plus if experience in AWS.
