Software Support Team Member

BIT Dealership Software is growing and needs a new Support Team Member to advise boat, RV and powersports dealers and marinas on the use of our business management and point of sale system. We are passionate about helping our customers manage and grow their businesses and are looking for someone who wants to grow with us. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about business and retail processes and enjoys helping small businesses gain efficiency through systems and processes while working as part of a fun and collaborative team.

You will be responsible for:

• Customer Support: Help customers with our dealer management software, over the phone, email, and chat
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with administrative tasks, such as billing, loading price files, and documentation
• Software Guidance: Show customers how to use basic software functions
• Customer Interaction: Be polite, listen well, build rapport, manage customer expectations, and handle multiple tasks at once

Do you have experience in Productivity software?, * Business Knowledge: Understand basic accounting and business operations of a retail store or dealership

• Communication Skills: Be excellent on the phone with customers and collaborative with support team members
• Problem-Solving: Define and solve problems using logic and creativity
• Technical Skills: Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting software like QuickBooks
• Team Player: Experience working with and contributing to a team
• Continuous Learner: Commitment to continuous improvement through learning

And it would be a plus to have:

• Customer Relationship Management: Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
• Software Support Background: Previous experience in software support
