Job description

  • Utilize advanced technical skills to analyze and resolve issues and tasks, including setting up shared drives, mapping network drives, installing and updating software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Distribute workload based on complexity, priority, and availability.
  • Building, configuring, and deploying all workstation assets including ensuring company standards for software and security requirements are met.
  • Manage escalations related to tickets and bridge the relevant parties to solve the problems.

  • Minimum of 5 years working in an Information Technology Service Desk environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft O/S, Office O365, and active directories.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to other domestic locations.
