Job description
- Develop and maintain requirements, feature description documents, and user manuals
- Perform functional decomposition to meet system and domain-level requirements
- Participate in system engineering artifact development and technical reviews
- Conduct performance analyses, risk assessments, and trade studies
- Define and manage internal and external system interfaces
- Maintain engineering documentation in accordance with systems engineering and configuration management standards
- Provide requirements clarification to software development and test teams
- Support SEIT activities, including preparation for and execution of program reviews
- Complete assigned tasks to meet program schedule milestones
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, and provide status on Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) tasks, * Onsite: Employees who are working in onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
- This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. Requirements
Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience across the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements development, functional analysis, interface definition, and verification and validation
- Experience supporting systems engineering activities on government contracts
- Experience working with requirements management tools such as DOORS or similar databases, Experience working in an Agile environment, including Agile systems engineering practices and cross-team collaboration
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with DevSecOps methodologies
- Experience with Agile development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)
- Experience with MBSE tools (e.g., Cameo Systems Modeler)
- Scrum Master or Agile leadership experience
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Flexible spending account, The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
