Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Director to join our team. The Salesforce Director will be responsible for managing and leading our Salesforce team, overseeing all aspects of our Salesforce platform, and driving the development and implementation of new Salesforce initiatives. This individual will also play a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce throughout the organization., * Manage and lead the Salesforce team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Salesforce platform, including user management, data integrity, and system maintenance
  • Develop and implement new Salesforce initiatives to improve processes and increase efficiency
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements, and translate them into Salesforce solutions
  • Train and support end-users on Salesforce functionality and best practices
  • Stay up-to-date on Salesforce updates and enhancements, and make recommendations for their implementation
  • Monitor and report on Salesforce usage and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of Salesforce with other business systems
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and consultants to support Salesforce initiatives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the organization's business processes and how they relate to Salesforce

Requirements

Do you have experience in Vendor relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
  • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer, are highly preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce CPQ is a plus
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations and driving user adoption
