Job description

CYBER SECURITY ENGINEER - 100%, Permanent position (CDI) - Geneva On behalf of one of our clients, a foundation active in the management of public infrastructures, we are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to strengthen their IT team. Job context In the face of the constant evolution of cyber threats, securing the Information System is a strategic priority for our client. You will play a central role in designing and implementing the necessary defences to ensure the continuity and resilience of the company's activities. The position involves cross-functional collaboration with the CISO, the IT team and all business departments, to integrate cybersecurity culture from the project design stage., * Identify security issues and risks, analyse vulnerabilities and develop mitigation plans

  • Test the effectiveness of security measures and conduct regular audits
  • Secure all servers and systems in collaboration with internal teams
  • Analyse and investigate security incidents and alerts, implement corrective measures
  • Participate in identity and access management (IAM)
  • Contribute to hardening system configurations (servers, workstations, OS)
  • Administer protection solutions (EDR, SIEM) and monitor patch management
  • Audit and optimise firewall, VPN, MFA and network segmentation rules
  • Participate in architecture work (application and technical mapping)

Requirements

  • University or HES degree in computer science, cybersecurity or information systems
  • Basic knowledge of IT security, IAM, systems and network administration
  • Good analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems
  • Communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge in integration and administration of IT solutions
  • Proficiency in scripting techniques and deployment processes
  • Positions open to juniors and recent graduates
