IT System Administrator

• You will administer the Windows Server environment and Active Directory, carry out regular patch management and ensure that the systems are continuously updated
• You will reliably manage and configure Microsoft Exchange
• In first- and second-level support, you will assist your colleagues and manage the specialised software landscape, for example Unitrade, Addison, Komalog and Fiduz
• You will monitor SQL databases, coordinate interfaces and identify logical relationships within data structures in order to proactively resolve errors
• You will manage EDIFACT processing and ensure smooth data transfer
• You set up, configure and roll out laptops, and manage workstation peripherals
• In the event of unforeseen ad hoc faults, you analyse server issues quickly and resolve them reliably

• You have completed a vocational qualification in the IT sector, for example as an IT specialist (m/f/d) in system integration, or hold a comparable qualification
• You have experience in the administration of Windows servers and Active Directory
• You have already gained practical experience in IT support, as well as in fault analysis and troubleshooting
• You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange administration
• You have a basic to good understanding of SQL databases and interfaces
• A structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to work is one of your strengths
• A hands-on attitude and the ability to set priorities even in stressful situations round off your profile
