Junior Specialist Concept Implementation

Within an international retail environment, you will join the Store Development team focused on delivering high-quality store concepts across EMEA. You translate global brand concepts into practical, scalable solutions for stores and shop-in-shops, ensuring consistency and strong customer experience. What will you do? You support the rollout of store concepts by translating design ideas into technical solutions. You develop and maintain store guidelines, blueprints, and specifications, and ensure concepts are implemented consistently across markets. You collaborate closely with brand, project management, and execution teams to align global and regional requirements. Additionally, you assess feasibility, costs, and scalability, and contribute to improving design standards and processes.

• 1-3+ years of experience in architectural or retail concept design
• A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
• Strong understanding of retail environments and customer journeys
• Ability to translate creative concepts into technical solutions
• Mandatory: strong experience with AutoCAD and SketchUp
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

• Salary between €3,200 and €3,600 gross per month
• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
