Job description
We are seeking a SAP S/4HANA Transformation Architect to support a major ERP transformation within the fashion and retail sector. You will lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP solutions, bridging legacy systems (e.g., AS/400 / IBM i) and modern S/4HANA architecture to enable scalable, future-ready operations across global markets., * Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives from solution design through deployment and stabilisation
- Define and drive the migration from legacy ERP platforms (AS/400 / IBM i) to S/4HANA, including data and process harmonisation
- Translate complex business and legacy system requirements into scalable SAP architecture and standardised solutions
- Manage coexistence and integration between legacy systems and SAP during transition phases
- Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders through process transformation and solution design decisions
- Ensure alignment across SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and external systems
Requirements
- Extensive SAP experience with strong exposure to S/4HANA transformation programmes
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in complex ERP environments
- Experience working with or alongside legacy systems (AS/400 / IBM i)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay)
- Hands-on experience with integration and data migration strategies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills within global, cross-functional environments
- Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have
- Experience within fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries
- Background in multi-brand or omnichannel environments
- Exposure to large-scale global transformation programmes
- Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., SAP CPI, PI/PO, middleware platforms)
- SAP certifications (S/4HANA or architecture-related)
