Manager, SAP IBP, SAP Supply Chain Planning

As an SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager, your role will involve:

• Delivery of SAP enabled transformation programmes - specialising in SAP IBP solutions for supply chain planning processes
• Contribute to and manage implementation plans that maximise SAP technology's potential whilst minimising implementation risk.
• Designing and configuring end-to-end SAP IBP solutions and ensuring deliverables align with design principles, standards, and methodologies.
• Participate in client workshops covering topics such as process design, advanced planning strategies, constraint-based scheduling, and industry best practices.
• Lead/participate client workshops covering a range of topics including; process design and industry best practices for integrated business planning.
• Build strong relationships with all client stakeholders across supply chain, manufacturing, and planning functions.
• Actively participate in practice development activities that support sales, capability building, and use-case development.
• Facilitate fit-to-standard and detailed design workshops, gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications aligned to SAP IBP capabilities.
• Supporting pre-sales conversations and helping shape clients' supply chain transformation roadmaps, especially in advanced planning and scheduling areas.
• The role will involve travel to client locations depending on project requirements.

• Strong functional expertise in SAP IBP solutions including demand planning, sales and operations planning, supply planning, inventory optimization and control tower capabilities
• Prior expertise in configuring SAP IBP integrating with S/4 HANA environment
• Strong knowledge of the supply chain planning process, and associated SAP execution modules such as SAP Materials Management, Production Planning and Sales & Distribution
• Knowledge of integrations between the SAP IBP and S/4 HANA along with the mapping understanding
• Ability to design and build system solution for planning functions on SAP IBP based on functional & business requirements including supply and demand process flows, hands-on configuration of planning area, master data attributes, copy operators and key figures
• Experience of having managing SAP IBP workstreams on transformation programmes with teams based in different working locations
• Experience of delivering SAP IBP solutions as part of a transformation programme
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of supply chain planning processes and data analytics
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) working with client stakeholders to development teams

Desirables

• SAP certification in Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• Functional consultant on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP IBP implementations
• Experience in presenting to clients or other decision makers
• Aware of recent SAP IBP innovations and roadmap
• Experience working with Real Time Integration (RTI) & Order Based Planning (OBP)
• Strong understanding of IBP Supply Optimizer and Cost Model setup
• Experience of Agile working practices on an SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project
• Exposure to SAP Digital Manufacturing or advanced planning tools
