Job description

You'll be supporting BAU infrastructure activity across Microsoft cloud, EUC, server and core infrastructure services. This is not a project delivery role, the focus is keeping BAU moving, resolving issues, supporting users and internal IT teams, and helping maintain service stability.

Requirements

Strong BAU infrastructure support experience

Microsoft 365

Azure / Entra ID

Active Directory / Group Policy

Intune / MECM / SCCM

Windows Server

VMware / Hyper-V

Citrix, SQL, backups or MFT experience would be useful

Confident troubleshooting and stakeholder communication, This would suit an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer, Microsoft Infrastructure Engineer or strong 3rd Line Engineer who is available immediately and comfortable working independently in a broad BAU environment.
