Job description

We're looking for a highly capable VIP IT Support Analyst to deliver a premium, 'white-glove' IT experience to senior stakeholders and business leaders. This is a hands-on, highly visible role, combining Service Desk, onsite and field support across Warrington and nearby locations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-touch IT support to VIP and executive users
  • Own and resolve incidents end-to-end across L1-L3 support
  • Deliver onsite support for devices, M365, collaboration tools, AV and meeting rooms
  • Support business-critical meetings, events and senior stakeholder needs
  • Manage tickets via ServiceNow, ensuring clear communication and SLA adherence
  • Collaborate with wider IT teams and partners to resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to service improvement, knowledge sharing and user guidance

Requirements

  • Proven experience in VIP / End User / Service Desk support
  • Strong troubleshooting across Windows, Microsoft 365 and enterprise tools
  • Experience with ServiceNow (or similar ITSM tools) and ITIL practices
  • Knowledge of Teams, AV, meeting room and collaboration technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • Exposure to Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure and networking basics
  • A proactive, calm and professional approach in fast-paced environments
