Job description
We are looking for experienced Consultants to join our growing AI Search & Digital Experience practice. This is a hybrid delivery + client solutions role, where you will lead client engagements while also supporting business growth activities including solution shaping, demos, and deal progression.
You will act as a trusted advisor and client partner, helping enterprise organizations transform their digital presence for AI-driven search-while also playing a key role in articulating value, influencing stakeholders, and supporting successful deal closure.
AI Search Strategy & Content Advisory
- Consult with clients to assess their current digital and content footprint against AI search engines (e.g., Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search)
- Design content strategies optimized for AI retrieval, including answer-layer optimization, topic authority, and semantic structuring
- Build content frameworks and scalable playbooks aligned to business outcomes
Site Architecture, Data Structuring & Agent Readiness
- Evaluate and redesign site architectures for AI agent crawling and retrieval
- Define content hierarchies, internal linking, and scalable URL models
- Implement structured data systems (JSON-LD, Schema.org, entity models)
- Advise on CMS data modeling, metadata, and knowledge graph strategies
- Configure sitemaps and indexation for optimal AI accessibility
Analytics, Measurement & Insight Generation
- Design AI search performance frameworks beyond traditional SEO metrics
- Define KPIs across AI visibility, citations, and revenue impact
- Leverage GA4, Google Search Console, and emerging AI analytics tools
- Translate analytics into executive-level insights and recommendations
Client Engagement, Growth & Solutioning
- Own and grow client relationships across mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Act as a strategic partner, identifying expansion opportunities within existing engagements
- Support presales activities, including:
- Leading client demos and solution walk-throughs
- Contributing to proposals, solution design, and scope definition
- Partnering with sales teams to articulate value and differentiate offerings
- Help progress and influence deals, providing subject matter expertise that supports closure (non-quota carrying)
- Develop high-quality client deliverables (audits, roadmaps, frameworks, playbooks)

Requirements
Required technical and professional expertise
- 10+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, or consulting
- AI Search Expertise: Understanding of LLM-based search retrieval and ranking
- Content Strategy for AI: Designing architectures optimized for AI discoverability
- Technical SEO & Site Architecture: Strong knowledge of Core Web Vitals, crawl/indexation, and large-scale site structures
- Structured Data & Entity Models: Hands-on experience with JSON-LD, Schema.org, taxonomies, and knowledge graphs
- Analytics & Measurement: Building frameworks for AI search performance
- AI Marketing Tools: Familiarity with enterprise AI content platforms and governance
- Client Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts to executive audiences
- Consulting Delivery: Experience leading complex, multi-workstream engagements
- Client Management & Influence: Strong ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and drive outcomes
- Presales & Solutioning: Experience supporting proposals, delivering demos, and articulating solution value

- Experience supporting sales cycles or solution engineering efforts
- Familiarity with Agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP)

- Experience with CMS platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of digital PR, authority-building, and earned media strategies
- Knowledge graph and entity SEO experience (e.g., Wikidata, Knowledge Panels)
