Define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications built on the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.
Design scalable, resilient, and secure architectures including microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems.
Lead legacy-to-.NET migration programs, define migration strategies (re-platforming, re-architecting), and manage risks and dependencies.
Design and implement ETL/ELT pipelines, architect data flows across systems, and ensure data quality, governance, and reconciliation.
Provide technical leadership in .NET development, contribute to critical components, and enforce best practices.
Facilitate architecture discussions, communicate decisions effectively, and collaborate across business and technical teams.

Strong experience in Microsoft .NET stack (.NET Core, , C#).
Hands-on expertise with ETL pipelines and data integration solutions.
Experience with Azure cloud services and modern DevOps practices.
Strong understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Proven experience leading large-scale migration and modernization initiatives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills., * Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
Exposure to AI-assisted migration or modernization tools.
Experience with Kubernetes and containerization.
