Job description
The Project Manager will oversee multiple technology initiatives, including traditional IT projects and emerging technology efforts involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation. This individual will help translate business needs into actionable project plans, ensure successful execution, and promote continuous process improvement across the organization., * Lead medium- to large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and evaluate technology solutions.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, dependencies, testing, and implementation activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and resource allocation while ensuring projects remain on track.
- Facilitate project meetings, status reporting, executive communications, and stakeholder updates.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage projects involving AI, automation, and other emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes through technology and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure data security, privacy, governance, and compliance considerations are incorporated into project planning.
- Support portfolio management by identifying cross-project dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery risks.
- Coordinate testing, user readiness, implementation planning, and transition to operational support.
- Participate in post-implementation reviews to evaluate adoption, lessons learned, and continuous improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 3+ years of IT Project Management experience leading medium- to complex technology initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and SDLC.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments with shared resources.
- Excellent communication, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and project management tools (Microsoft Project or similar).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while balancing scope, schedule, quality, and budget.
- Strong customer service mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Experience identifying and mitigating project risks and resolving issues.
- Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams and external vendors., * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management training.
- Experience delivering projects involving Artificial Intelligence, automation, or emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and privacy considerations within technology projects.
- Demonstrated interest in leveraging AI and new technologies to improve business processes and operational efficiency., The ideal candidate is a collaborative IT Project Manager who enjoys leading technology initiatives that have measurable business impact.
