Job description
- Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems.
- Focus on algorithm development, requirements analysis, and software testing.
- Design, code, debug, and integrate software.
- Includes database engineering and mathematical modeling.
- Utilize Python, Apache Spark, AWS services (Lambdas, Glue), and DynamoDB.
- Lead software development teams.
- Collaborate with systems and hardware engineers.
- Manage documentation., * Develop, maintain, and enhance complex and diverse software systems.
- Analyze user requirements, design, code, and debug new or existing software features.
- Integrate software into new or modified systems and operating environments.
- Develop and implement algorithms to meet system performance and functional standards.
- Design and implement complex database or data repository interfaces/queries.
- Utilize Python, Apache Spark, AWS services (Lambdas, Glue), and DynamoDB for software solutions.
- Conduct software testing, review components for adherence to design, and resolve problem reports.
- Provide input to system design, including hardware/software trade-offs and COTS/GOTS integration.
- Develop and execute test procedures for software components; perform quality control on team products.
- Serve as a technical team lead, overseeing software development processes and ensuring project completion.
- Collaborate with system and hardware engineers to derive software requirements and ensure operational specifications.
- Provide recommendations for improving documentation and software development process standards.
- Apply mathematical models and scientific analysis to predict and measure design outcomes.
