Job description

We are seeking an IT Systems Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support for end users across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience troubleshooting Windows environments, and the ability to support hardware, software, and network connectivity issues., * Provide Level 2 Service Desk support and resolve hardware/software issues.

  • Assist users with remote access, authentication, and network connectivity problems.
  • Deploy operating system images and software packages using endpoint management tools.
  • Install, configure, move, and maintain IT equipment and peripherals.
  • Update and maintain hardware and software asset records.
  • Support users with operating systems, applications, utilities, and hardware.
  • Troubleshoot printers, barcode scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Assist with Microsoft Edge configuration and web application support.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Experience with Active Directory or identity management systems.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of desktop hardware, software deployment, and imaging processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience supporting printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management tools and software deployment processes.
