Job description

In this position, you will lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Fieldglass as the system of record for managing the full contingent workforce lifecycle, including contingent workforce contractors, construction management and inspection resources, and other contractor classifications. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver a scalable, standardized solution aligned with clean core principles and SAP best practices., * Lead end-to-end functional design and implementation of SAP Fieldglass, including Contingent Workforce Management, Services Procurement, and Profile Worker modules.

  • Drive platform simplification by reducing unnecessary customizations, integrations, and complex configurations.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to define future-state processes and document key decisions.
  • Redesign and optimize integrations between SAP Fieldglass, SAP S/4HANA, Workday, and related financial systems.
  • Ensure compliance with contractor classification standards, governance policies, and approval workflows.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
  • Partner with business teams to ensure operational readiness, training, and adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the SAP Fieldglass subject matter expert and advisor for leadership and project teams.

Requirements

Are you an SAP Fieldglass expert with a passion for transforming contingent workforce management processes and driving enterprise-wide business adoption? We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass Lead to play a critical role in a large-scale SAP transformation initiative., * Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources, Supply Chain, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 7+ years of SAP experience with strong SAP Fieldglass implementation, configuration, and administration expertise.
  • Experience leading at least one major SAP Fieldglass implementation or transformation project.
  • Strong understanding of contingent workforce lifecycle management, including onboarding, time management, invoicing, and offboarding.
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting integrations between Fieldglass and SAP ECC/S/4HANA, Workday, and related systems.
  • Knowledge of Fieldglass configuration, approval workflows, rate structures, templates, custom fields, and data mappings.
  • Familiarity with APIs, middleware platforms, data migration, reconciliation, and financial posting processes.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • SAP S/4HANA transformation experience.
  • Energy, utilities, or other regulated industry experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP Ariba, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP GRC, and SAP Concur.
  • Understanding of clean core principles and SAP best practices.
  • Familiarity with Canadian labor regulations and contractor compliance requirements.

Benefits & conditions

  • $60/hr. - $68/hr. (commensurate with experience)
  • Contract role with hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in office, Wednesday & Friday from home/remote)
