Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND fifteen (15) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation, * High School Diploma/GED AND nineteen (19) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation, * Proven success implementing or maturing enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi-business unit organizations
- Deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model design, and cross-functional change initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Data, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience building and leading enterprise data governance organizations and data domain models
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution, measurable outcomes, and enterprise value creation
Benefits & conditions
Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $256,000 - $352,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
