Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher AND fifteen (15) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation, * High School Diploma/GED AND nineteen (19) years of experience in enterprise data strategy, governance, analytics, or digital transformation, * Proven success implementing or maturing enterprise data governance frameworks in complex, multi-business unit organizations
  • Deep expertise in data architecture, MDM, metadata, data quality, lineage, and modern cloud data platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment across business and technology functions
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation, operating model design, and cross-functional change initiatives
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Master's degree in Data, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience building and leading enterprise data governance organizations and data domain models
  • Strong strategic thinking with a focus on execution, measurable outcomes, and enterprise value creation

Benefits & conditions

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $256,000 - $352,000, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.). Here, you will make an impact by: * Defining and evolving the enterprise data strategy aligned to business priorities, digital transformation goals, and the operating model * Driving the design and adoption of enterprise data governance frameworks, including data ownership, stewardship, quality, and standards * Partnering with IT and business leaders to shape scalable data platforms, including cloud, MDM, metadata, and analytics capabilities * Establishing governance forums and executive steering committees to align priorities, manage risk, and ensure value realization * Leading cross-functional change management to embed data-driven decision-making, trusted data usage, and enterprise-wide adoption
