What you will bring to the team:

1-3 years of experience in desktop support

Basic knowledge of OS, Office 365, and hardware troubleshooting

Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred)

Good communication and customer service skills

Exposure to enterprise IT environments

Windows and Mac OS knowledge

Certifications like A+, ITIL Foundation
