We're looking for an Agentic Engineering Lead to drive a large-scale AWS-to-Azure migration while building the engineering harness that enables AI agents to deliver reliable, high-quality code. Role OverviewYou will lead a high-performing engineering pod responsible for migrating AWS Lambda-based applications to Azure. Inspired by OpenAI's Harness Engineering approach, your primary focus will be designing the scaffolding, guardrails, and feedback loops that allow Claude Code agents to work effectively at scale.This is a player-coach role:70% Harness & Platform Engineering30% Technical Leadership & Team Enablement Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and evolve the claude_code_forge scaffolding, repository structures, CLAUDE.md specifications, agent configurations, MCP tools, and custom slash commandsBreak down AWS migration programs into well-defined, agent-executable work packagesBuild automated architectural guardrails through testing, linting, dependency checks, and CI/CD enforcementDrive codebase quality and coherence through ongoing entropy-management practicesMentor engineers on:Claude CodeClaude DesktopCowork workflowsPrompt-driven TDDMulti-agent orchestrationTrack and report migration progress, agent utilization, delivery risks, and stakeholder updates Required Skills & Experience6-8 years of software engineering experience2+ years leading engineering teams or technical deliveryStrong AWS and Azure serverless expertise, including:AWS Lambda * Azure FunctionsDynamoDB * Cosmos DBStep Functions * Durable FunctionsHands-on experience with:Claude CodeClaude DesktopCoworkAgentic development workflowsStrong background in:Platform EngineeringDeveloper ToolingCI/CD PipelinesDevOps AutomationSoftware Architecture Governance
