Job description
The Deployment Leader will support the rollout of a SAP-based application in an industrial environment, ensuring successful deployment, user adoption, and operational readiness. The role requires coordinating deployment activities and acting as a bridge between IT teams, business stakeholders, and end users., * Define and maintain the deployment roadmap, schedule, and milestones
- Coordinate deployment activities across cross-functional teams (IT, Business, Operations)
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth rollout
- Prepare and deliver user training sessions (key users and end users)
- Develop training materials and user guides
- Support knowledge transfer to local teams
- Organize and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements
- Track defects and ensure resolution before go-live
- Support change management strategy to drive user adoption
- Communicate deployment updates and impacts to stakeholders
- Identify and address resistance to change
- Support go-live preparation and execution
- Ensure readiness of all stakeholders and systems
- Provide post-deployment support and stabilization follow-up
Requirements
- Experience in IT application deployment / rollout projects
- Good understanding of SAP environments
- Experience with UAT coordination and business validation processes
- Familiarity with change management and user training activities
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment, * Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Exposure to multi-site deployments
- Knowledge of structured project methodologies (Agi le, Waterfall, or hybrid)
