Job description
The Athletics IT Service Desk is seeking motivated students to join our team in providing frontline technical support to Auburn University's athletics community! This role offers hands-on experience supporting a wide range of IT services for staff, student-athletes and coaches.
Responsibilities

Support for Auburn Information Technology resources including Configuration of laptops, tablets, and cell phones for campus wireless and email systems, accounts, email, printing services, and other IT services.

Assistance with Duo 2Factor registration, reactivation, and removal.

Monitor the athletics Service Now system and respond to tickets and other requests accordingly.

Limited Football Game Day IT support that includes data network, wireless network set up monitoring, troubleshooting, etc.

Ability to work independently.

Requirements
Enrolled student at Auburn University
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong communication skills.

Basic knowledge of IT resources and services.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must understand that the student is responsible for working the hours that they are scheduled or will ensure that their hours are covered if they are unable to work a scheduled shift.
