Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
- 5+ years of SharePoint Online information architecture experience.
- 3+ years of Power Apps development.
- 3+ years of Power Automate development.
- 3+ years of Power Platform governance experience.
- Strong SharePoint Online administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Experience designing SharePoint sites, hubs, metadata, taxonomy, and content organization.
- Experience implementing lifecycle management, governance, and compliance processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell scripting, and Microsoft Purview.
- Experience troubleshooting permissions, workflows, connectors, and content management issues.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) in an Agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to partner directly with business stakeholders.
- Ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
