Job description
BigBear.ai is seeking an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to provide support for an existing Operations Center managing a suite of Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) systems. In this role, you will monitor ICAM systems and provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support, assisting customers with integration and troubleshooting issues related to Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services. You will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging your analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of critical IT infrastructure. What you will do
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure systems, including servers, storage, and network components.
- Provide Tier 2 support for ICAM systems in a 24x7 Operations Center environment.
- Assist customers reporting issues with Enterprise and IC Attribute and Authorization services.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues related to Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), attribute services, authorization services, and entitlement services.
- Document technical procedures and maintain configuration management.
- Use JIRA for ticket management and provide support via email, chat, and phone.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience.
- Clearance:TS/SCI with Polygraph (required).
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC), and Entitlements Management.
- Knowledge of LDAP directories, SQL, and RESTful services.
- Experience with ticket tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, Redmine, ServiceNow).
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking skills and the ability to solve difficult problems independently.
