This hybrid or remote contract role involves collaborating with stakeholders to implement and optimize human capital management solutions. You will be responsible for leading design, configuration, and implementation efforts, ensuring system stability and performance, and supporting ongoing operations., Lead the design and implementation of solutions within the HCM platform. Serve as a subject matter expert to drive value and accelerate delivery. Support ongoing operations, releases, and enhancements within the platform. Identify and implement new features to improve outcomes and user experience. Troubleshoot complex issues and manage service requests.

5 years of hands-on experience with cloud-based HCM solutions. Advanced knowledge of SaaS functional/technical data flows and integrations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, mentoring others. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Exceptional problem-solving and project management skills.
