The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager in Oracle Fusion ERP Administration to support and optimise our Oracle Fusion ERP landscape across multiple countries. This is a key role focused on ERP operations, governance and system performance, working closely with global IT teams and external partners., ERP Administration & OperationsAdminister Oracle Fusion environments (DEV, TEST, UAT, PROD)Manage user access, roles and security configurationsMonitor system performance and ensure operational stabilityOversee configuration and migration activities (FSM) Security & Access GovernanceMaintain roles (job, duty and custom roles)Ensure segregation of duties (SoD) compliance and audit readinessManage data access across Business Units, Ledgers and Legal EntitiesSupport user provisioning and access controls Release & Change ManagementCoordinate Oracle quarterly releases and patching cyclesLead impact assessments and regression testingAlign with IT governance and change processesWork with functional teams to ensure release readiness Integration & Data ManagementMonitor and troubleshoot integrations (OIC, APIs, FBDI)Support data uploads and corrections Job Scheduling & System MonitoringManage ESS jobs and batch processingInvestigate failures and performance issuesConduct system diagnostics and log analysis Incident & Support ManagementTroubleshoot functional, technical and security issuesSupport hypercare during go-live and stabilisation phases
Requirements
Skills & ExperienceProven experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP administrationStrong knowledge of:Security models (roles, data access, SoD)Integrations and data tools (FBDI, APIs, OIC)Job scheduling and system monitoringExperience in production support and incident managementFamiliarity with release and environment managementExperience in multi-country / complex ERP environments Additional requirements:Degree in IT, Computer Science or related fieldSignificant experience in IT/ERP roles (typically 10+ years)Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skillsFluent English Why Join Us?At Exide, you'll be part of a collaborative and international environment where innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement are at the heart of what we do.
