Posting Number 2016420T Department Summary The Oracle Cloud Program Manager will support the University's Oracle Cloud implementation and ongoing system maintenance, helping coordinate the transition of key human resources, finance, and related administrative processes to the enterprise system. This regular status position will manage and coordinate project activities, issue resolution, risk tracking, cross-functional communication, and post-implementation support across the implementation team, external partners, and University stakeholders.

The position will report to the Vice President for Finance and Administration and will collaborate closely with executive sponsors, including the Chief Information Officer and Vice President for Human Resources. The Program Manager will also work closely with the Finance Team Lead, HR Team Lead, Technical Team Lead, Project Manager, and Change Lead to help ensure the implementation remains aligned with institutional goals, project timelines, governance expectations, and operational needs through go-live, currently targeted for January 2029. Following go-live, the position will support ongoing Oracle Cloud maintenance, enhancement planning, issue escalation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement of related business processes.

Position Profile Manages IT projects as they progress from design to production. Ensures completion of essential functions required to ensure consistent, quality, successful delivery of assigned projects, while managing competing demands of scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality and stakeholder expectations.

Level Summary Regularly serves as a technical leader, expert, or program manager for complex functions or initiatives that require deep subject-matter knowledge. Significantly impacts the department by directly contributing to its performance and success.

Supervisory Responsibilities Provides leadership to projects or initiatives. May have a limited number of direct reports.

Fiscal Responsibilities May be responsible for budget for projects or initiatives.

Problem Solving Leads problem-solving efforts across various challenges.

Independence of Action Operates with high autonomy and is trusted to make decisions.

Communication and Collaboration Frequently collaborates cross-functionally and represents the team in meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Influences decision-making.

Physical Requirements This role is primarily desk-based and involves extensive use of desktop computers. Occasionally, the job may require travel to attend meetings and programs., The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday during normal business hours; however, occasional evening or weekend work may be required to support project milestones, testing, training, cutover, go-live, or other time-sensitive implementation activities. Work location and hybrid/remote arrangements will be determined based on University policy and project needs. Requirements

Requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 or more years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating cross-functional project teams, executive sponsors, external implementation partners, and stakeholders.

Experience with ERP, HCM, finance, or cloud-based administrative systems, including Oracle Cloud or similar platforms.

Demonstrated experience managing project scope, timelines, risks, issues, communications, governance, and implementation readiness.
