Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative product development team focused on enhancing and scaling a suite of business-critical software applications. This role will contribute across the full technology stack, delivering new features, improving system performance and reliability, and helping shape the future of a proprietary platform., * Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and services.

• Build new features, resolve defects, and optimize application performance.
• Write and maintain high-quality, testable code with strong unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, UX, and QA teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support critical incident resolution when needed.
• Contribute to development processes, release management, and engineering best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance across the team.

• 6+ years of experience developing modern web applications.
• Strong backend development experience with C#/.NET or comparable technologies.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks, preferably React and TypeScript.
• Experience building and consuming APIs and working with relational databases.
• Strong understanding of software testing, code quality, and scalable application design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Technologies:

• React, TypeScript, MobX, C#/.NET, EF Core, PostgreSQL, Redis, ClickHouse, Docker, GitHub, Playwright, Linux, and cloud-native environments.
