Job description

A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Lead Interface Analyst to provide technical leadership across enterprise integration initiatives. This role serves as the senior technical expert for healthcare interoperability, leading the design, implementation, support, and optimization of interfaces between clinical, financial, and third-party systems.

The successful candidate will combine deep healthcare integration expertise with strong leadership skills, acting as the primary escalation point for complex initiatives while mentoring team members and driving successful project delivery., * Lead planning, design, development, testing, and implementation of healthcare integration solutions.

  • Serve as the primary representative for the integration team across projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as the first escalation point for technical and operational issues.
  • Facilitate team status meetings and provide oversight of daily work activities.
  • Coordinate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and end users.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
  • Ensure all project documentation, support materials, and technical specifications remain current and compliant.
  • Monitor workload, intake processes, and project delivery timelines.
  • Support resource planning, onboarding, interviewing, and performance management activities.
  • Promote best practices, process improvement, and operational excellence across the integration function.
  • Lead by example through continuous professional development and technical expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 9+ years of IT experience in technical analysis, implementation, systems integration, or related disciplines.
  • 5+ years of healthcare integration experience connecting EMRs, clinical applications, and third-party systems.
  • 5+ years of experience working with relational databases, SQL, Transact-SQL, and stored procedures.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows across clinical and financial environments.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
