Job description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical support for end users across Windows-based environments. This role will support day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and administer core technologies including Active Directory and Microsoft 365. This is an onsite role in Tallahassee, FL., + Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11)

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, peripheral devices, and printers

Support user account management in Active Directory (user creation, group membership, password resets)

Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint

Perform onboarding and offboarding tasks (account provisioning, equipment setup, access changes)

Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in a ticketing system

Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed

Assist with software installs, patches, updates, and basic security best practices
