Job description

We are seeking a skilled engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java microservices using Spring Boot, deployed on cloud Kubernetes platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience building event-driven architectures with Apache Kafka, developing RESTful APIs following OpenAPI standards, and designing scalable data models across both relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (Cassandra, Redis) databases., Design, develop, and maintain Java microservices on Spring Boot, deployed in Kubernetes cloud environments Build and optimize event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines and asynchronous workflows Develop RESTful APIs adhering to OpenAPI standards, ensuring backward compatibility and disciplined versioning Design and optimize relational and non-relational data models for scalability and performance Write clean, testable code with a minimum of 80% unit test coverage; integrate with CI/CD pipelines Monitor, triage, and resolve production incidents, focusing on root cause elimination and SLA adherence Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion engineering best practices across the team

Requirements

Strong experience with Java (preferably Java 17 or higher) and Spring Boot Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, and Redis Proven track record in developing RESTful APIs and maintaining high code quality standards Experience with CI/CD tools and automated testing frameworks Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to continuous improvement Strong communication and mentoring abilities
