Job description
We are looking for a customer-focused professional to support customers by processing orders, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience working with ERP/CRM systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment., * Process and enter customer orders accurately into company systems.
- Review and verify orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, product availability, and complaints.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor product availability and shipping schedules.
- Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
- Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service.
- Generate reports and follow up on customer requests as needed.
- Support additional administrative and customer service activities as assigned.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a B2B or technical product environment.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems (SAP, Salesforce, or similar preferred).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
