Senior Data Scientist

DUTIES: Incedo, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist for our Florham Park, NJ location. Responsibilities include: requirement gathering, timely rendering of the deliverables with high accuracy, client /stakeholder communication & management; Comprehensive Analysis of large sets of data using advanced analytical techniques/code/models to find discrepancies and anomalies in the data and perform root cause analysis on several data use cases/problems which had customer impact; providing automated data solutions by building data pipelines to create feature stores and for data reconciliation for data streaming platform; API data testing and ELK dashboard creation; collaborate and communicate with product/platform owners, technical architects, and business process owners and managers to provide technical data solutions, new development activities, performing root cause analysis; Project management, including Managed/Mentored offshore team for seamless execution of day-to-day tasks; Project and resources planning work allocation etc; Data and Technical documents creation/management - Complex data flow diagrams, automated solution workflow and architecture diagrams for future references; and participating in internal client development activities (E.g: RFP).

REQUIREMENTS: Qualified applicants must have Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology; Analytics, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or acceptable alternate occupation. Experience must include: performing advanced data analysis, statistical analysis, and exploratory data analysis using programming and analytical tools such as Python, SQL, or similar languages; using tools like Google/Adobe Analytics tool to track, analyze, and report on website and app performance, user behavior etc for Digital Analytics and Digital Diagnostic projects; analyzing system, application, or data pipeline performance metrics, including latency, throughput, error rates, availability, or data quality indicators, using analytics or monitoring platforms such as log analysis(Splunk), metrics, dashboarding or platform tools like Dynatrace, App dynamics etc.; creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate analytical findings, performance trends, and operational insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders using tools such as BI or visualization platforms; with data modeling, data mapping, or data integration across multiple enterprise data sources to support analytics, reporting, or middleware/data platform architectures; working with banking, financial services, telecom industry or similarly regulated industry data, including customer, transaction, product, or operational datasets; and collaborating with cross-functional teams (including engineering, product, and business stakeholders) to translate business and performance requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.
