Job description

In this role, you will:

  • Serve as the Single Point of Coordination for the customer

  • Lead complex implementation projects and coordinate the setup of the Payment Manager product and related services

  • Develop business requirements, create/manage project plans and coordinate appropriate meetings

  • Establish timelines and track ongoing projects to ensure successful delivery

  • Provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on product best fit

  • Work with key partners on project priority and scope

  • Communicate status to project team and the customer

  • Proactively identify and resolve problems/issues

  • Ensure that project tasks are completed according to established timelines

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance to deliver an exceptional customer experience, Employees support our focus on building strong customer relationships balanced with a strong risk mitigating and compliance-driven culture which firmly establishes those disciplines as critical to the success of our customers and company. They are accountable for execution of all applicable risk programs (Credit, Market, Financial Crimes, Operational, Regulatory Compliance), which includes effectively following and adhering to applicable Wells Fargo policies and procedures, appropriately fulfilling risk and compliance obligations, timely and effective escalation and remediation of issues, and making sound risk decisions. There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit's risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of project management experience, additional implementation experience, or a combination of both

  • 2+ years of Treasury Management experience in service or implementation

  • Strong project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently

  • Electronic Commerce Services (ECS) products and implementations

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Benefits & conditions

  • Minneapolis, MN: $75,000.00 - $114,000.00 Annual range

  • Other locations: $68,000.00 - $104,000.00 Annual range

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
