Job description

Insight Global is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a leading consumer products client. This individual will play a critical role in designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, and SPM. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a strong understanding of automation and integration, helping modernize legacy systems while delivering scalable, high-performing solutions. This role requires strong collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, Agile environment while maintaining a high level of service excellence. This is a remote, 6 month contract with potential to extend in LATAM working CST hours and has a pay range of $20-30/hr USD., * Develop and implement end-to-end automated solutions in ServiceNow

Requirements

  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience

  • Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform (administration, configuration, scripting)

  • Hands-on experience with all of these modules:

  • ITSM

  • ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration)

  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

  • Virtual Agent

  • Performance Analytics (PA)

  • Strong experience with workflow/automation tools (Flow Designer, Workflow Editor/Studio)

  • Experience building integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, LDAP, OAuth)

  • Strong JavaScript, XML, HTML skills

  • Experience with ServiceNow portals, APIs, and custom app development in Agile environment

  • Experience troubleshooting performance issues

  • Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Fluency in English * ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS)

  • Experience redesigning legacy systems into ServiceNow solutions

  • Experience with database design, data modeling, and requirements gathering

  • Enterprise-level ServiceNow implementation experience

  • Training/mentorship experience within ServiceNow admin tasks
