Test Engineer - Automation Focus

• Drive and expand test automation across products and systems.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions and frameworks.
• Plan and execute system, integration, and release testing (manual & automated).
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure clear reporting and documentation.
• Define test setups, tools, and equipment, coordinating required resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and continuously improve testing practices.

• You have 4-5+ years of experience in testing and test automation.
• You have strong programming skills (Python preferred) and experience with automation frameworks.
• You are familiar with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (Git).
• You understand testing methodologies, test design, and defect management.
• You have experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams (software, hardware, embedded).
• You are comfortable working in an international setup, collaborating with global teams and external partners.
• You are analytical, proactive, and take strong ownership with effective communication skills.

It's a plus if…

• You have ISTQB knowledge or testing certifications.
• You have experience with motion control systems (DC/BLDC) or requirements of engineering.
• You have worked with offshore partners and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
