Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams on diverse and challenging client projects

Plan, design, and implement modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions

Design and optimize processes and system architectures

Configure and integrate IAM components into client environments, including:

Workflows
-
Role models
-
Web front-ends
-
Single Sign-On (SSO)
-
Provisioning solutions
-
Web Application Firewalls (WAF)
Automate testing, builds, and deployment processes
Advise and support clients at different levels, from technical implementation to architecture and security strategy
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science (ETH/University of Applied Sciences/University)
- Good knowledge of Linux and experience with complex integration projects
- Product knowledge in the digital identity area (e.g., OneIdentity) and target system knowledge (Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases, LDAP, etc.)
- Experience with IAM concepts and standards (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Federation, etc.) and accompanying topics such as Zero Trust
- Communication skills, responsibility, service-oriented thinking, initiative and independence to ensure the success of our client projects
- Very good command of German and English
For certain projects in the public sector, a Personal Security Screening (PSS) (Personensicherheitsprüfung, PSP) conducted by Swiss Federal or Cantonal Authorities may be required. Willingness to undergo this clearance is essential.
