Job description
At KWS, we are driving the digital transformation of our global supply chain. As an IT Inhouse Consultant (f/m/d) for Integrated Seed Planning (ISP) at KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA in our headquarter in Einbeck (Germany) you will play a key role in shaping our S/4HANA Integrated Flow landscape, ensuring high-quality planning processes and enabling best-in-class solutions across SAP IBP and S/4HANA.
You will act as a subject matter expert, combining deep process knowledge with technical expertise, while collaborating with international stakeholders and driving innovation - including AI-based planning capabilities., * Act as IT Inhouse expert for Integrated Seed Planning, contributing to the design and rollout of our global S/4HANA Integrated Flow template
- Ensure smooth end-to-end planning processes across SAP IBP and S/4HANA, including integration with ERP systems and interfaces
- Drive optimization and automation of planning processes, incl. data models, workflows and system functionalities
- Evaluate and leverage new technologies and AI capabilities to improve planning quality and forecast accuracy
- Coordinate external partners and AMS teams, ensuring delivery in line with timeline, quality and business requirements
- Safeguard solution quality through testing, documentation and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in Business Informatics, Supply Chain Management, Economics or comparable qualification
- Initial to several years of professional experience in SAP IBP, SCM planning or a related environment
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes
