Job description
This role will be a Cloud Security Analyst focused on supporting the enterprise Cloud Security Resilience Program and Roadmap. A successful candidate will possess experience utilizing Wiz to secure cloud environments such as AWS and Azure.
What You Will Do:

High level proficiency with Cloud and be capable of deploying and supporting Wiz in a variety of environments.

Work with security teams in key business units to remediate vulnerabilities and compliance findings.

Partner with development teams to secure CI/CD pipelines

Provide technical support in securing AI models and Datasets

Develop and set up automation with Python, terraform and GitHub Actions
-
Assist with the development of baseline security controls and translate that into policies
-
Tracking open security issues and escalating as necessary to ensure remediation

Deliver technical support in the integration of security tools in CI/CD pipelines and S-SDLC
-
Educate and provide support to platform owners, application teams & owners, developers on cloud security, tools and vulnerability management.
Requirements

Experience securing CloudFormation/Terraform IaC
-
Proficiency in measuring and securing IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments in AWS and Azure
-
Experience with Python, YAML, JSON

Understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework and most CSP-native security tools such as Service Control Policies, CloudWatch, Control Tower, or Azure Security Center

Generates status reports for management to ensure the implementation of IT security policies.

Advanced certification in Cloud Security such as AWS Security Specialty, SANS GCLD, or AZ-500 preferred.

This is a Contract position based out of East Peoria, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
