Job description
- Help define the end-to-end testing strategy, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Develop detailed test scenarios and cases specifically for GTS processes like Restricted Party Screening, Embargo Checks, License Management, and Customs Declarations.
- Ensure testing cycles align with the overarching program roadmap, quarterly releases, and deployment cutover schedules.
- Oversee test execution, ensuring clear entry and exit criteria are met across all testing phases.
- Manage defect tracking and resolution, collaborating with functional and technical teams to conduct root cause analysis and validate fixes.
- Govern regression testing to verify that system updates or new features don't disrupt established trade compliance workflows.
- Validate cross-module integrations, specifically between SAP GTS and OTC (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), and Logistics/Transportation (LES/EWM).
- Coordinate with global business stakeholders and key process owners to capture feedback and achieve testing sign-offs.
- Provide testing status reports, manage risk logs, and escalate critical issues to the Program Leadership or Steering Committee.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of QA testers and technical coordinators.
- Establish standardized testing frameworks, scripts, and reusable regression test libraries.

Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in SAP testing.
- Functional knowledge of SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, and Preference Management).
- Understanding of how GTS integrates with core ERP modules (SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA) and supply chain data.
- Experience with enterprise testing and defect management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM/Quality Center, SAP Solution Manager, or Tricentis Tosca).
- Communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities to drive consensus in a global, fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)

- Remote to Puerto Rico
- The candidate must be currently located in and reside in Puerto Rico to be eligible for this position
