Job description
An HRP Configuration Analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and validating provider, contract, and claims-related setup within the HRP system to ensure accurate downstream processing, including claims, enrollment, provider directories, member notifications, and reporting. The role serves as a key link between Contracting, Provider Enrollment, Operations, and IT., Receive and process Service Requests and Implementation Requests related to provider and contract activity.
Perform accurate configuration within the HRP system based on approved business and contract requirements.
Ensure configuration supports correct claims adjudication, enrollment behavior, and system-driven notifications.
Provider Lifecycle Support
Configure provider activations, updates, and terminations in HRP.
Update provider status and effective dates to support proper end-dating and downstream processing.
Coordinate with Provider Enrollment and Provider Operations once configuration work is complete.
Contract & Implementation Support
Support new contracts, amendments, and terminations by completing required HRP configuration.
Finalize configuration in staging environments and move validated changes to production.
Partner with Contract Implementation, Credentialing, and Operations QA throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Validation & Quality Assurance
Perform sample claims testing in HRP to validate configuration accuracy.
Identify and resolve configuration issues prior to production deployment.
Communicate configuration outcomes and readiness status to stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as a subject matter resource for HRP configuration questions.
Collaborate closely with Contracting, Provider Enrollment, Operations QA, Business Systems, and IT teams.
Ensure system configuration aligns with contract intent, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Strong understanding of provider data, contracts, and claims processing
Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration
High attention to detail and comfort working in regulated production environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience supporting testing and production deployments
Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm EST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($65.00 - $75.00/hourly) . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications., This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
