Landmark Global is looking for an experienced and pragmatic Cross Border CISO Lead to define and drive our cybersecurity strategy, security remediation roadmap, governance framework, and business continuity agenda.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will partner with business, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to strengthen Landmark Global's security posture while enabling continued growth, innovation, and operational resilience.
You will act as the senior security authority for the business, translating cyber risks into practical actions and leading security improvements across cloud platforms, digital services, infrastructure, applications, and third-party ecosystems., * Define and execute the cybersecurity strategy and roadmap for Landmark Global.
- Assess current security maturity, identify risks, and drive remediation priorities.
- Lead security improvement initiatives across identity and access management, vulnerability management, cloud security, endpoint security, and network security.
- Establish and maintain security policies, standards, and governance practices aligned with Group Cyber requirements.
- Drive security-by-design principles across platforms, applications, integrations, and digital services.
- Strengthen cyber resilience, incident response capabilities, and business continuity planning.
- Support compliance and audit readiness activities, including NIS2, ISO 27001, and customer security requirements.
- Partner closely with Group Cyber, technology teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable security improvements.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Network security?, * 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, or security leadership roles.
- Proven experience developing and executing cybersecurity strategies and remediation programmes in complex international environments.
- Strong expertise in IAM, Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), vulnerability management, cloud security, network security, and incident response.
- Experience operating in cloud and hybrid environments, ideally across AWS and Microsoft ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of security governance, risk management, compliance, and business continuity.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business outcomes.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach combined with strategic thinking and strong delivery focus.
Preferred
- Experience within logistics, transportation, e-commerce, or digital platform environments.
- Experience supporting digital transformation, cloud modernisation, or post-acquisition integration programmes.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, or equivalent.
