We are looking for a motivated ERP Systems Manager to join our team and take an active role in coordinating the rollout of Odoo SH across two of our subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This is a strategically important programme and a hands-on coordination role at the heart of a meaningful digital transformation, connecting people, processes, and systems.

You will be part of an internal core team, work closely with an external ERP consultant, and report to IT leadership and the Steering Committee. Close alignment with our colleagues in regenold Germany will be essential throughout the project. The position offers long-term responsibility: from active rollout through to go-live in 2027, followed by ongoing system support and maintenance as a core part of the role.

Requirements

First experience in IT project management or coordination, ideally in an ERP or enterprise software context

A solid level of IT literacy: comfortable working with business software, understanding data flows, and engaging with technical teams on system configuration and integrations

A structured, organised approach and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel

A hands-on mentality: you are not just a coordinator but someone who rolls up their sleeves, digs into the detail, and takes ownership of outcomes

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: you are confident bridging technical and business perspectives

Excellent written and spoken business English

Genuine interest in how international business processes work and how technology supports them

Willingness to travel occasionally to our UK and Irish locations from your base in Portugal

Familiarity with project management methodologies (Prince2, PMI, or similar) is a plus; Odoo knowledge is welcome but not required

Benefits & conditions

  • A permanent position with real ownership from day one
  • Exposure to an international working environment across two markets
  • Close collaboration with experienced colleagues and external ERP specialists
  • A clearly scoped project with a defined go-live target, followed by a long-term role in system support and development
  • Based in Portugal with partial home office and occasional travel to the UK and Ireland
  • A long-term position with genuine development potential - as the organisation continues to evolve its digital landscape, you will be well placed to take on further technology projects beyond the ERP programme
